The app itself really needs some working on. I bought the watch and the instructions on the box weren't as clear (Find function specially). Also, I am not really sure if it is the app itself and/or my phone but I am not receiving the notifications unless I launch the app on my phone and keep it there. It's either the UI/OS of my phone that's the problem or it might be some minor bug. I am using a Vivo V3. Think you could help me use both the app and watch and enjoy it more? Appreciate it.

The watch is working fine but I am unable to Sync to the app now. I can charge it but when the time is not in sync with my phone I won't be able to fix it. This app needs to be updated to find the watch

After buying the AF Hydro i almost cried after reading all the reviews saying how hard it was to just pair the unit with a phone. And indeed it was true, the app wouldn't pair with the band. I read the review of Rino Martinez that said you may need to run nRF Connect first. Fiddled around with that and finally was able to connect phone to band. Whether all the apps will work as they should or not is yet to be seen, all I have now is the band showing the time. Update:Returned the AF Hydro.

So far, it's fine. I was able to connect my phone, with not much issue(kinda still had). The band itself is fine, there are times it just gets disconnected. My issue is it didn't record my sleep? It's only been a few hours of use as I only got to use it last night. Additionally, I was trying to submit a feedback, but it won't send at all, the button just turns a different hue of blue to indicate it was pressed/clicked on, but do nothing or there was no indication of success?

I got the product because I thought it would help me check how much I'm faring with my fitness progress. The HR monitor, the steps counter and its water resistant feature help a lot. But the fact that it frequently crashes and CONSTANTLY disconnects with the device makes me want to think that I should have bought a standard wrist watch. Give us our money back or improve the services this app I supposed to provide.

The app and the watch keeps on disconnecting. It's so hard to figure it out and has poor instructions as well. I hope you can make a better app to connect the fitness band with and monitor all types of exercise if possible. It should be able to detect every movement somehow wether its a dance workout or a yoga workout.
