The app is easy to follow , I love it , but I don't like drinking just water , I like to drink matcha tea or green tea, ginger with hot water and lemon with hot water So I don't know if I can drink them in this two weeks .

Basic no nonsense stripped down eating plan. Breakfast might be two eggs, citrus fruit and two slices of wheat bread. Lunch is a salad with chicken and dinner could be steamed veggies. Just common sense eating, not rocket science. Nothing I didn't already know. If you didn't eat this on the original egg diet during the 1970s then it's new to you.

i lost 1 stone in 2 weeks with the egg diet. i didn't fully follow this plan which is probs why i didn't lose the full 22lbs in 2 weeks. i ate 2 eggs for breakfast 1 fruit. then i had a mixed fruit bowl for lunch then a salad for dinner and drank plenty of water. i stopped for 2 months now I'm on day 2 of the egg diet again, this is the only diet I've ever actually lost any weight on i love it. i definitely recommend it. day 3 i had to reduce my fruit bowl i felt much fuller quicker

Tbh i don't think this is any shape or form good info to give to people, your hardly eating nothing, i can imagine the people have lost so much weight due to the fact that they have lost muscle too, which isn't good! Best just download a macro app, at least then you wont have to starve your self, and do it safely.

I keep going back to this app. My moto is if u start putting weight on go up a dress size or do something about it. I will never go up a dress size so when my pants feel tight I come back to this diet every time. I tend to lose 5lb a week. It works for me. I Am back on it on Monday.

You all seem to think that this egg diet is the new wonder weight reducing plan. Well I know for a fact this egg diet has been around since 1983!! My dad was having a kidney transplant and needed to loose some weight fast he was put on this diet by the transplant team at the hospital where he had surgery. Yes he did loose 24 pounds in 2 weeks. I myself gave done this diet many times in the last 35 years and yes you will loose weight mainly because your eating less. Like every thing in life if it seems to good to be true it probably is.
