Alerts not working on S23 Ultra PLUS nowhere within the app are we reminded that if your 20 mins late, appt cancelled! Not really hard to have that wrapped within the app on the home screen, at the *point* of booking on the actual booking itself. Notifications blocked via latest Android update. Would suggest the app update July 23 update has knocked that off.

Can't login. I used the right information and nothing works. Not one soul at the clinic knows how to use the app despite banners on the TV saying "ask for info in our reception area". Sent two emails to support, no one replies. Great! Chased them during an entire month, still no reply. Wow. Technology is supposed to be used to make our lives easier, not to stand in the way of simplicity.

UPDATED REVIEW: The previous version was pretty much useless as I was unable to see available appointment dates. The new version has corrected this issue. The support team were responsive and kept me up to date with a resolution of the issue.

I've provided the relevant information and emailed the email address you get sent through to about this issue but not heard anything. Seems like another example of people trying to make things simpler but it actually has the opposite affect.

Keep trying to book appt but never managed it. Screen freezes each time. Phone Kobler direct and they've no idea so just adds to frustration and long wait times on phone. Wasted time yet again. Uninstalling.

Not a great app as all my last appointments and bloods have been booked by phone or when at the clinic. Once the app can include these it will be very useful but really no use in its current format.
