Giving a star because I have to. This app hasn't opened on my phone for months now. It keeps crashing and saying there is a "bug" and to update the app. Except there is NO UPDATE AVAILABLE! If it weren't for having it on an old phone, I would have lost $100s of dollar in coupons and discounts! This kind of stuff is why I started shopping a Rite Aid years ago...

Used to really like this app. I could manage all my prescriptions with ease. Now, it's USELESS. It won't open. It just shows a pop-up that says this app has a bug and can't open. If it's buggy, FIX IT. If CVS cared about the customers that keep them in business, this would've been fixed by now. I recently convinced my Mother to switch to CVS from Walgreens. Now I'm looking for an alternative for us both. Update: Still sucks.

This app's most recent update came with a bug that constantly automatically shuts down without ever having opened properly. I had uninstalled and reinstalled a few times to no avail! Up until now, I had used the app with minimal issues. This is ☆★INCREDIBLY★☆ INCONVENIENT, annoying, troublesome, and problematic!! Can't access any of my critical prescriptions to boot!!

Every time I install an update, the updated version has more glitches than the old version. Five years ago, the app worked great. Now the app keeps getting worse with each update. Lately it won't show me all my prescriptions. It tells me to connect my records even though I've used the app for 10 years. How did they get unlinked? When I click the option to connect my records, then I can view my meds, but the next time I use the app I have to connect them again. Time consuming - CVS, fix the app

First let me start by saying that per tech support most of the errors/glitches occurs on Android devices. I did an update while using the app (per app you can use app while updating), after which updating app I not able to log back in. It kept saying technical error not able to continue. A work order ticket was sent to the actual technical department about my issue and they will get back in touch with me thru my email. I am able to access my account online, just not thru the app anymore.

I was thinking this would be kind of a portal to CVS. There's no way to communicate with the staff with this app. Disappointing because trying to call CVS by phone is almost impossible. It shows some of your prescriptions, not all. There is a transfer prescription/s tab but only allows transfers to stores near wherever you happen to be. So if your'e traveling and half way to your destination you can only transfer to where you are at present moment. Incredibly useless app. Don't waste your time.
