Bought this for my 5 year old who kept asking for a watch with a step tracker. Stopped syncing after a few days of use and now I can't get it to reconnect to my phone after uninstalling the app and redownloading atleast 4 times. All of the data is now wiped.

It links at first, but after a few days it won't connect anymore. I tried to sync it again and again with no luck. This is our 2nd time trying this app and 2nd time being super disappointed. In order to get it to sync, we have to uninstall the app every time and re-bind the device.

Not impressed. Synced at first then wouldn't sync...had to reinstall app 4 times before it would pair again and then it wiped the steps from the watch. Feeling ripped off...
