Unfortunately couldn't log in due to "SON" - error etc route home error etc. I have created a login through the website and thought I would download the app as advertised but based on the other reviews it seems it's not really live. Edit sept 2019: Now able to log into app. Thankfully haven't had need to use it since so changed to 3 stars from 1 star.

Doctor didn't show up. I called to check what was happening but the call centre had closed. Got a call saying they'd missed my call 14 hours after the initial booking. The people I spoke to were very helpful, but there seems to be problems with the system. This review isn't a reflection of staff, but rather of the processes in place.

Terrible app. Keeps saying check internet or cant load details. You also
cant update many of your details.
