It's really good but I have a few problem.Problem1. Sometimes even if I choose the right answer(s), it still thinks my answer is wrong(though that could be me choosing wrong).Problem2. Sometimes ✅ gets switched with false and ❌ with true.Problem3. sometimes the pick multiple choices also needs to pick the wrong choice also to get the next button appear. All things considered,10/10 if fixed but for now 9/10(will edit anymore if there's more bugs)(also, sorry for my terrible English and writing.)

Confusing and MUCH worse than the old app. Instead of simple step by step what to do inftructions based on situations it is turned into "learning platform" with "personalized plan" and a red cross information and fundraising app. The howto section is much much shorter than before, and always starts with several questions to "recommend" a topic (and the recommendation is useless). Big step back!

Other topics not on the main screen hard to navigate to and find, need to search, and using symptoms didn't seem to work, so had to search specificly for issue. Hot doesn't prompt Heat Exhaustion or Heat Stroke etc. Luckily didn't need this and was just exploring the new app, rexommend that people explore the app before it is needed to get most out of it.

When I first installed this months ago, it looks like any other first aid app. But now with the update,it holds lessons per topic which gives more examples of what to do depending on emergencies. Really great update. Would definately recommend this app for family and friends safety.

🤦🏽‍♂️Australian Red Cross dropped their quick and easy to use reference and forced us to this convoluted mess. Excessive personal info before offering mostly irrelevant courses. For example epidemic malnutrition for metro Melbourne. It's now so hard to find out how to help. For example, people will die of snakebite before you can find the first aid help.

liked the original with the videos, animations etc. much easier and informative especially if dealing with an emergency, was more user friendly for all types of learners.
