About this app

This is an icon-based Android application easily downloadable from Internet to support personnel in Tuberculosis Early detection at immigration reception centers. The application simplify the gathering of real-time data thanks to different tools incorporated: text entry, check boxes, photos, videos, voice recording, GPS. Personnel have a secure user authentication to access the application. All data collected is transcribed in encrypted form. An incorporated GPS system allows the detection of the visit’s location. At the end of the visits, data is saved in the smartphone to be sent, as soon as phone coverage is available, to the server and automatically downloaded to a clinical computerised database.
