This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing FitSleep on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

need to have the option to edit your wakeup time and needs to let you zoom in on your hr and breathing data

App does mostly work but needs a lot of refinement and also crashes from time to time.

Forget using this if you work nights and sleep days. It will not record long enough to track any data. Also, the heart rate and respiratory rate are simply made up. No actual correlation with your vitals.

About this app

“FitSleep Bedtime Bliss” comes with a “FitSleep α1” supporting App, which acts as your personal sleep quality manager. All that is required is to place your “FitSleep Bedtime Bliss” on the sofa, mattress or under your pillow, and you can receive accurate data on your current heart and respiratory rate through the “FitSleep α1” App.

Does your alarm clock always seem to make you get up on the wrong side of the bed? “FitSleep α1” can solve the embarrassing problem of not being able to get up in the morning by waking you up gently during light sleep, making you feel refreshed and ready to face the world!

Thanks to “FitSleep” you can now track your families sleep, and monitor their heart rate, respiratory rate and sleep movement as well as other sleep data. Whenever emergencies arise such as abnormal heart rhythms or respiratory arrest, “FitSleep” will inform you and your family immediately.

Through “FitSleep α1” you can also create your own “Sleeping Community”, and after following your friends you can check on their sleep status and look out for each other in your community.
