I like this app! I can do the workouts in the comfort of my own home without any equipment. Some of the levels is hard but nothing in life comes cheap. So push through, you are the one who will see the difference. So download this app and begin searching for the new you!!!

I'm really enjoying using this app. Different exercises, all are timed with a counter. It even has pictures to show you exactly how to position your body. I can feel a difference already even with the short reps.

Honestly, the best plank app ever. Also, there are a lot of different excersises here, and adds are not too long and too annoying. I passed 30 days challenge and I can see great results. Definately recommend to everyone!!

Thank you! It's super I take easy level.. but it's rise to quick. As for me, it was not easy on the 20th day. I make pause for 4 days and start the next day. It looks like I need more tike to have a rest. Easy, understandable... thank you very much!

Love every single workout in this app. Every workout pushes my body to its limits and I an feel it as my body start to ache from the intense routines they have here.its plank workout and the lose weight excercises are effective and short and to the point. Its the quality not quantity.

Great workout for beginners. Less than 5 minutes. I do this after my pushups, situps, pull-ups routine and I barely make it through. I like that it ends with a stretch as stretching is so often neglected.
