The theory is sound enough, but not really usable by your average 9-5 worker. No options at all to factor in work times and breaks in the calculations. Major levels of privilege required to implement. Edited to add: I paid $NZ27.99 for a subscription to a service that tells me off every day with a large exclamation mark because I have to get up at a set time for work. My rating stands. Please consider an interface that encourages people to do what they can, or a little at a time. Thanks.

I'm a huge nature-lover, and believe that many of our health problems come from living out-of-synch with nature. This app is perfect for me. It tells me when the sun is up, so that I can rise with this sun, making the best use of our naturally-occurring light. It reminds me to leave my work-desk and get some sunlight, as well as to stretch my legs a little. I'm a workaholic and can get too deep into my work, then realize after 3 hours that I haven't really moved at all. Not good for my health. This app also reminds me to quit eating and thus brush my teeth a few hours before I go to bed. This has helped my stomach problems. I never thought about the late-night snacking doing damage to my GI tract. If you are experiencing problems opening this app, make sure that Google Play Store is enabled. I keep it disabled. I keep the auto-location off, but entered my location by hand. That works fine in the app. There are some good articles in there for you to peruse that give you insight into how nature affects our health. Customer service in this team are fantastic!

The app has great educational content and health articles. The notifications and alarms are also great, when they work correctly. Since Daylight Savings, the app is waking me up an hour early, and all of the notifications are an hour off. I would love to see some tracking features to input your progress with health, sleep, exercise. I would love to begin promoting this to my wellness community.

Really good app, Recommend for those who likes to do things in the most optimal way or would like a reminder to do their daily task, making it into a habit. It shows me the best time when i can easily focus when i need to do important stuff. It also reminds me time for my meals, exercise & sleep making it easier to commit to staying on track of my own time, Which really affects my energy and mood in the day if not maintained properly.
