This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing K&D Running on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

K&D Running tracks your runs, helps you reach your goals, and allows you to compete in virtual races. Features include pace calculation, run tracking and mapping, along with the option to participate in virtual races. K&D Running also keeps a calendar of events both virtual and physical. All runs are logged online and can be accessed on any iOS/Android Device.

The virtual races allow for competition between teams and friends to compete for the most KM run during the race period. There are 5 teams to choose from for the virtual races. Tracking distances run allows for participants to meet goals and engage in friendly races between teams.

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
