Using BlueStacks

It's obvious that the makers of the app don't care at all about it. I unistalled this almost two years ago after not being able to set up an account with the email address I had registered with. Two years later tried again... No go.

Setup was easy, use 2.4ghz band only. App works well and does what it is supposed to. If you are NOT tech saavy buy the NON wifi version.

From what I'm seeing based on my own experience with the 300s and from passed reviews, this app has had issues for well over a year. This tells, me that the company has little to no interest in fixing the software or investing money into developing a more seemless registration/interface. Talking to support on the phone about resolving the connectivity issue, I made it VERY clear that I had tried to use 2 different emails and got no email verification. Their answer: You probably typed the email in wrong. Try another email. Yea, I definitely won't be keeping this thing.

The app will not let me login or register. When I register it says any email I enter already exists. When I log on it says not found. BROKE

This may help with wifi setup issues...password length matters. What I found was my regular wifi password which is 41 character phrase will not complete setup. Keeping the length under 30 characters works every time - I have a guest network with a shorter password and it's fine. Complexity and special characters are also OK - just needs to be short enough (I'd guess under 32 characters). This is a bug, not an uncommon one (I have wifi cameras with the same issue) and needs to be fixed by coway.
