App hasn't been updated since October 2020... Don't buy anything that operates this app or the PC software, as makers, sellers, and Customer Service doesn't care that they don't work. They just sell bricks and laugh all the way to the bank.

I finally got it to connect but when it "downloads" any records they are blank. Meaning the sole working function of the app is to change it from 10 second readings to 30 second ones

Completely useless. The older app was always a bit clunky but kind of worked. This updated version is far far worse in that its just as clunky, but doesn't even work. Don't waste your time, and buy a better ECG unit. I've just binned mine as its useless now if I can't transfer the files.

Two bugs on Google Pixel 4a Does not download all cases from the monitor i.e. I have 61 readings but only downloads and displays 31. Does not draw a trace on the graph for a case. All the other data is displayed and while the graph paper is there no graph is drawn on it (loving time set to 30 seconds) Please can you fix these issues. Thanks

I cannot get the device to connect to my phone. The phone identifies via the Bluetooth address, however when selected, the application states no hardware found. Same condition on pc version. At least with the pc, I can connect via usb. However the Bluetooth was desirable. Disappointing.
