About this app

This is the compatible application for Croise.E User.
After installing it, you can check your daily life and exercise through this application.
You can also check your body temperature and heart rate, etc at once.

■ Urban Mode shows information on your daily life.

1. Sleep
This index shows how much sound sleep was slept by calculating sleeping time and toss & turn, heart rate during sleeping last night.

2. Recover
This index could check how much fatigue recovery level of my current body is by sleep index of last night, activity, stress, and calorie consumption.

3. Steress
This index shows how much current mind and body are breaking away from stress by calculating sleep, activity, lactate levels .

■ You can enter Urban Measure Mode by touching the pictogram in Urban Mode.

Your steps, sleep, calories consumption and heart rate calculated every 30 minutes are recorded in Urban Measure Mode.

1. Steps
Steps consists of walking, running and going up and down. These are indicated in graph separately.

2. Sleep
Sleep consists of sound sleep and light sleep. These are indicated in graph separately.

3. calories
Calorie consumption is sum of Urban Mode and Extreme mode.

4. Heart Rate
Heart Rate in Urban Mode is automatically calculated every 30 minutes.

■ Extreme Mode shows information on your exercise if you activate it.
It records your exercise information in real-time and shows it in a chart.

1. Walking
Steps, Distance, Calorie consumption, Heat rate and exercise time will be saved.

2. Running
Average Speed , Distance, Calorie consumption, Heat rate and exercise time will be saved.

3. Hiking
Altitude, Distance, Calorie consumption, Heat rate and exercise time will be saved.

4. Biking
Average Speed, Distance, Calorie consumption, Heat rate and exercise time will be saved.

■ Measure Mode shows charts of Heart rate, Body temperature, Altitude and Swing speed.

1. Heart
This indicates heart rate in heartbeat measurement mode and % of max HR.

2.Altitude
This shows current altitude based on band’s location.

3. Body temperature
It indicates user’s body temperature.

4. Swing
It shows speed of band on the wrist when user swing.
