This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Siha on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

HOW IT WORKS

If you know how to use a chat app, Siha should be easy to use for you and your family.

With Siha, you can chat, voice & video call, send & receive lab results and prescriptions, and send images with your doctor. If you need a lab or prescription delivered, you can order through our Prescription and Home Test Kit chat lines. We work with fulfillment partners throughout Kenya so can deliver anywhere in the country.

It is also 'end-to-end encrypted', meaning this information is private and secure, and only stays with the people you decide should have this information, such as your doctor.

PAY WITH M-PESA

Payments are integrated with M-PESA, and we have dramatically simplified the process for you to pay your doctor for consultations over Siha.

Because your doctor uses M-PESA for consultation fees, you should have an M-PESA enabled phone to use Siha.
