This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ConnectHealth Alpha on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. ConnectHealth is a telemedicine application that lets you video call, chat, send images, and make phone calls with your doctor. ConnectHealth is the easiest, most secure way to access a qualified doctor in Kenya for a preliminary holding opinion or consultation over your mobile device.

All ConnectHealth listed providers are certified doctors by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board, and across most specialties.

All information is confidential and data is transmitted securely over SSL. For patients, as an added layer of privacy, you can make yourself anonymous during your consultation and make your name, profile photo, and contact information private throughout the visit. You will always know which doctors have your healthcare information, and we never sell or give out any your personal or health information to third parties.

ConnectHealth is currently available in Kenya. You must have an M-PESA enabled phone to use this service.

For doctors --

ConnectHealth lets you seamlessly introduce a telemedicine service to provide better care for your patients conveniently and securely. Use our platform to list your services online, accept M-PESA payments, and provide telemedicine services via chat, video call, and anonymized phone number for your patients. Coming soon, we will provide analytics on your practice to improve your practice and clinical service to your patients.

All Kenyan or expatriate doctors must be registered with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board to list yourself on this service, and have an M-PESA enabled device.
