This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Bodyfit Den Helder on PC Windows and Mac.

Klein begonnen in de Roompotstraat, maar in de loop der jaren is Fitnesscentrum Bodyfit op de locatie Pastoor Koopmanweg uitgegroeid tot een volledig en uitgebreid fitnesscentrum waar iedereen, van jong tot oud, van klein tot groot, van recreatieve tot fanatieke sporter, kan werken aan zijn/haar lichaam en gezondheid en zelf bepaald welke doelstellingen hij/zij daarbij heeft! Vanaf 1 februari 2016 zijn wij gevestigd op locatie Quelderduijn aan de Schootenweg 2.

Wat bieden wij:

- Trainings- en voedingsadviezen;
- Vele groepslessen, o.a. van Les Mills (Bodypump, Bodyattack, RPM etc.), Jumping fitness, Zumba, XCORE etc.;
- Smallgroup lessen (in klein groepsverband), groepslessen met een “persoonlijke touch”. Deze lessen zijn gebaseerd op H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training) en zijn 30 minuten workouts (vallen onder het groepslessen abonnement, dus geen extra kosten);
- Ook kun je intern bij ons terecht bij onze voedingsconsulent en fysiotherapeut;
- Verschillende voordelige all in-abonnementen (o.a. zonnebank/fitness, groepslessen & squash/fitness, groepslessen);
- Bedrijfsfitness.

Wij nodigen u van harte uit om eens langs te komen en de sfeer te proeven. De drempel is echt niet zo hoog als je denkt. Uiteraard mag je altijd eerst een week proef draaien, hetzij in de fitness, hetzij in onze groepslessen.
