Scales are ok but app isn't. Despite the instructions saying you can use same profile across more than one device ... you can't. Instructions refer to login or register options which don't exist. I replaced my phone and have no option than to set up new profile losing all previous data. Once all the family have done that a few times all the slots will be used and a complete reset will be needed, wiping everyone's data. Pretty poor for the price.

I am having bluetooth connection issues with a Google Pixel 2 phone. Connects first time then fails everyother time until you uninstall and reinstall. 2 things I can confirm, the app will connect to google fit and you can set the weight units in the WW app that will sync to the scales. You do this by clicking your profile icon, then entering settings, unit by default is stones. Change to your preffered unit.

Good app and scales. You can change kg, stones and lbs on the scales and the app. It connects fine for me. The only issue I have is I wanted to put me and my partner on my phone app but can't seem to do that.

Super helpful app.. but you need to change the phrase "hold on". Something to "please remain on the scales", owned this for a year and Only discovered today you need to stay on after the weight measurement for it to work out other measurements, I thought "hold on" meant get off and wait for the calculations to appear on the app. So confusing wording there.

All was working well until I got a new phone, the app does not let you log in, instead, I've to set up as a new profile, all the data I had is now gone and no idea how to retrieve it! So looks like I've to start again which is annoying and will have to every time I get a phone upgrade unless it changes in the meantime! For the amount of money paid for the scales this is really disappointing.

Scale works but app does not... It does not work. Bluetooth will work then won't... Most of the time it won't... Taking scales back as app is rubbish
