Додаток примітивний і часто сам по собі вилітає, зв'язок дуже делікатний (перешкодою може бути рука або щось незначне) і часто пропадає (потім важко відновлюється), точність вимірювання можна досягти тільки при щільному утримуванні термометра під рукою (якщо руку відхилити чи підняти, то показники уже будуть неточними, тому дивно, як він може точно вимірювати температуру немовляти), сподіватись на автоматичне сповіщення про підвищення температури теж не дуже можна (оскільки, як було сказано, додаток може вилетіти або зникнути зв'язок).
