First impressions only. The manual made no mention of the app, so far as I saw. The first half of the book made me wish I could read Japanese, but I persevered and found the English section in the second half and was told in all that how to put the batteries in and switch it on. In a state of perplexity, I found the quick start guide, which did tell me about the app. To take a measurement and transfer it to the phone, I think I need to push the button twice on the measurement device (no space)

I like it, but it could be more convenient. I use it with the touchless thermometer. The thermometer is great both as stand alone and with the app . It's nice to have a log for each family member and it works well as long as you have the lead time to pair your phone with the thermometer and a still patient. It would be nice to be able to make manual entries to update the log when the phone and thermometer arent in the same room or dont pair timely. The medication tracker isn't very good.

As of now, this App is useless. Can't change any settings, pair with bluetooth, manually or automaticaly, and allowed all permissions. Using Note 8. I'm sure they'll be fixed in the future but right now, don't waste your time. UPDATE 9/27:/18: Althogh the App is still glitchy and not completely functional with some mix of English and Chinese, my Comper Thermometer did finally pair and is working. Raising to 3*'s

This App is satisfactory. It does help and sync with my Comper Smarkin. The morning routine is good because there is audio guide, good for the timing of use. Can you also create audio option for the other modes? It inspires the user to do it correctly and in timing so we feel relaxed.

App needs work. Developers clearly never tested on systems set with large font, large display. Required buttons are off screen, not even visible with large font selected - starting with the very first "GOT IT" button! The "Desperately Loading" pop-up status does bring a smile... :-)

It works on the Note 10 but it would be nice to remove the other panels that you don't use additionally it would be helpful to allow you to export the data instead of a screenshot...our workplace needs us to monitor our temperature regularly as part of their COVID 19 prevention strategy and report it prior to arriving on site.
