Really convenient for entering X3 workouts, I use this daily. Wish there was a way for the app to synch to the phone clock, currently all workouts listed as happening at 0:00

I was excited to see there was an app. The app is ok but needs some fixes. For me, vids worked, basic tracking worked. There is no way to change or delete a reminder so I am stuck with reminders that need adjusting. I am not strong enough for the bands that came with the set and there was no way to add a different bands in the tracker rendering the tracker useless until strength improves. No explanation for advanced check box.

Good to help me memorise which bands to use. When I went back to change values for an exercise in the past, it changes the value for all the exercises so i lost that history. GUI showing progress over time will be very valuable.

It's ok, my first day I accidentally inputed 500 reps of tricep pushdowns with the white band instead of 50. I went back and corrected the workout, but it is still listed as a personal record at 500 reps.

Years in the making... and it is turrrible. X3 loves telling you that you can stack bands to get over 500lbs of resistance out of the box. There's no way to enter stacked bands in the app. If you enter a workout wrong, there is no way to edit the entry. This is a very basic entry-recording program and it could easily been done better by the corporation. Hopefully a user program will fix all this later.

Just a thought: Some way (a check box maybe) to mark an exercise as 5 second holds and then have it get logged/tracked separately or with a special designation like an asterisk. It makes it look like your progress dropped drastically when there are a couple weeks in there of workouts where you did a lighter band for less reps. Also, some way to compare it to normal workouts? There must be some correlation to the black band x15 reps w/ 5s holds and the elite band ×20 with normal reps. Thanks
