About this app

Community Conex is a app with the goal of connecting people with local community resources. We often find ourselves alone or without support at our worst times, and hopefully this app can be used to connect with what we need. It is all about getting to the right place, all the time.

The application will begin with listing resources available in the SD&G (Stormont, Dundas, & Glengarry) area of Ontario and then expanding to other places in the province, and hopefully the country. The app has a questionnaire portion where an individual can tailor their search to their immediate needs. The individual can also click on resources to see a total list of mental health and addiction resources in the area.
