asking for my s.s, date of birth. I wasn't asking about personal medical records, just asking about the process of scheduling an ear doctor.

Good first steps, but there is not a way to see what claims you have already submitted that are under review/being processed. The "find in-network provider" tool does not always find all in-network providers, and it seems to have trouble distinguishing between in-network for PPO vs. in-network for EPO. Very good customer service when you have a problem.

I have an extremely frustrating experience using this app. Tried to submit a DCA expense with attachments over the last 5 days and it kept failing on me, asking me to retry. This is not a network issue as I verified my wifi connection. Wasted almost 30 min of my time and I JUST want MY money back!

I'm not able to set up fingerprint unlock. When I registering finger unlock, it accepts the print but keeps coming back to the screen asking to choose between screen unlock and finger print registering again. If I skip, then fingerprint unlock is not set up
