Amazing concept, still needs polishing. I found myself restarting my phone to get the app to connect with the toothbrush. (My Bluetooth works fine) other than that, I love the usage.

Just got it. Worked for 5 minutes, then there was an app update and now it doesn't work. My husband's, which is a few days old also stopped working today. Without the app what we got is a VERY expensive plastic toothbrush. If it is not resolved in a day or two I will be glad to return it and go back to my bamboo brushes.

This app is just great, it made me realize how much I needed to learn the proper gestures! And the offline mode makes it really easy-to-use, I just need to sync the toothbrush and the app every once in a while to get my results! Everyone should try it.

I don't get all the negative reviews. I have owned my E1 toothbrush for several months and have updated it multiple times and it has always worked great. Thanks for taking the monotony out of brushing!

Was working fine until now, now won't open tells me to update the app yet there's no app, little one loved using this and for the price you would expect it to work won't be telling anyone else to purchase its all shambles
