App is good. But I would like to suggest that the function should increase the time limit of each exercise day by day or after a week according to the increase in daily workouts. For example : If at first we do a plank for 30 seconds then after a week the time should increase to 35 seconds.. This will help to increase our body strength otherwise we would get stick to the same strength. There will be no improvement. Please think about this if you are also a fitness freak ❤

Love this app so much! I've been doing it every day 5 days a week since I got it and it makes me feel so good about myself! I feel fitter and healthier and would definitely recommend it! I had a small issue with it crashing everytime I went on to how to do a step however I believe it was just my phone as now it's fine. An amazing app overall that even comes with a specially designed workout: daily 7. It's so great!

I've only used this app for a week but I'm really enjoying it. My fitness levels are not great at the moment but the daily 7 workouts are short and sweet which means they're easy to stick to and yet I can really feel the effect of them. The targeted exercises are also really good. I love that I can do specific workouts to target my problem areas. Will definitely keep using this app and would highly recommend.

Love this app! I have to train for my sport and I decided to download a seven minute workout app. Some, similar to this, apps are full of ads or need a monthly subscription If you want to unlock all of the workouts. When I found this one I was surprised with the variety of workouts it has and the fact that they are free. I've been using it for some days now and I can already tell how helpful it is.

An absolutely amazing app. I'm an ex competitive swimmer, now a rower and training for the Air Force, I've done some hard targeted training with this app. I'm super, incredibly picky with my workouts- I hate following along to videos and anything too obnoxious. This app has it all. It walks you through a series of exercises for a certain amount of time, and you can replay and skip as you please. BEYOND AMAZING update, so excited to keep working out with 7M Women (not sponsored lol).

I definitely recommend this app. Both me and my best friend use it to get in shape for volleyball season and stay in shape during COVID-19. You get results quite quickly depending on the level of difficulty your working at. There are workouts for every part of your body and really puts your body to the test. Definitely 5 stars💫💫
