Pretty much what I was looking for in a food-log app. Nice idea about the calendar and pretty easy to add the different foods and notes. I also liked that it didn't require lots of permissions. Wish more apps were like this instead of everybody trying to include blood pressure, glycemic index, multiple screens with irrelevant information. Nice to see it kept simple for a change.

The two ads at the beginning are pretty obnoxious but the app is what i was looking for. We'll see what the paid version costs. I'd pay up to a couple bucks to not see the ads. I hate having to log food calories and spending a million hours logging food. This app is very generic which is exactly what I wanted and its a nice QUICK food log record for what I need.

Absolutely love this app and its simplicity since it's just a secondary form of tracking for me. Have used this app for some time now. Just wish there were less ads. I would pay for a paid version to be ad-free in a heartbeat

Very agressive adds. Including loud noise. Beside that, quite good.

About this app

Food Log keeps a record of what you eat and drink. You make an entry in the log every time you eat. It records the date and time and the foods you had. If you enter calorie information for the foods it will calculate your daily caloric intake and can show you the days where you exceeded your calorie limits.

You can enter ingredient information for the foods too, and even use Food Log to keep recipes. You can search for foods by name or ingredient.

You can review your old entries in a calendar format or you can search for specific entries by date, foods, ingredients or notes attached to the entries or foods.
