Child pose


Kneel on the floor. Touch your big toes together and sit
on your heels, then separate your knees about as wide
as your hipsExhale and lay your torso down between your
thighs. Broaden your sacrum across the back of your
pelvis and narrow your hip points toward the navel, so
that they nestle down onto the inner thighs. Lengthen
your tailbone away from the back of the pelvis while you
lift the base of your skull away from the back of your
neckLay your hands on the floor alongside your torso,
palms up, and release the fronts of your shoulders toward
the floor. Feel how the weight of the front shoulders pulls
the shoulder blades wide across your backBalasana is a
resting pose. Stay anywhere from 30 seconds to a few
minutes. Beginners can also use Balasana to get a taste
of a deep forward bend, where the torso rests on the
thighs. Stay in the pose from 1 to 3 minutes. To come up,
first lengthen the front torso, and then with an inhalation
lift from the tailbone as it presses down and into the
pelvis

Shoulder socket rotation yoga

Skandha chakra is a beginner level yoga pose that is
performed in NONE position, so satand normally. On the
inhale, draw up only your shoulder, rotate, draw down and
exhale. Do the shoulder rotation both in clock wise and
anti-clockwise direction.I Repeat this rotation for atleast
10 to 15 time. This asana relieves teh strain of driving
and office work and also helps in relieving the cervica
spondylitis and frozon shoulder. keep doing for few
seconds


Palm tree pose

Initial stand with legs slightly apart. Turn your arms
outwards. now inhale and bring your arms out to the sides
slowly and up to the ceiling. Hold your hands upwards
for few second. This pose will stretches the abdominal
muscles and hence tones these muscles improving
digestion. Again bring your arms downwards and to the
sides while exhaling. Repeat it for 10 to 15 time. Keep
doing.

Distance your legs shoulder-width Interlock the fingers
of both of your hands with the palms facing outward
direction. While inhaling, slowly raise the arms bringing
them over the head. Now the palms must be facing
upwards. Stretch the arms in the upward direction, they
should be slightly touching the ears. While exhaling,
slowly begin to lower the torso to the right side of the
body as far as can comfortable. Keep the arms straight.
You will feel a good stretch on the left side of your waist.
Retain this position for a few seconds. To return, exhalember
and slowly move the torso to the upright position. Lower
the hands and release the interlock. Relax the body taking
long and deep breaths. Practice from opposite side.
