The app is horrible as well as the website. It's 2021 and I cannot believe that you would develop an app that is difficult to navigate. I don't know how much croc center paid the developer but you could someone to volunteer to create a better site/app. I can go over to the YMCA and sign up for classes without any hassle. You're probably losing business.
