Poor app. It forces us to accept location permission and will not let you access the app till you accept it. It tracks the location and automatically checks you in once you reach hospital. Edit- I got a response telling me how to disable permission, which I guess everyone knows. The real issue however is that app won't let you proceed till you accept the permission location.

Cancelled appointment also keeps showing up. Pregnancy week shown is incorrect suddenly. Tried logging out and in, reinstalled, etc. Not helping. As mentioned above, I have tried reinstalling, log out-log in, etc. But it is not updating. Even after mentioning that I have done these steps, you are again suggesting same steps. Request you to kindly check.

I had to recently visit the emergency for my baby daughter, and I was really tensed. During those tensed moments, the staff kept insisting/forcing us to install this app. Really sad and scared to see such a protocol being followed.

App was working as expected before but when I updated to latest version yesterday. Now the app opens up and then suddenly display white screen and not letting me do anything. I am facing such a worst experience and there is no website option apart from app.

I don't understand why the staff at the office make it compulsory to install this app for registration. She said it's their protocol. Being a doctor myself it sounded very absurd and that she was taking me for a fool. What if I don't have a smart phone or I don't have internet to install or if I have security issues with installing a new app? So to avail treatment at cloudnine I should have a smart phone and install this app. Otherwise I'll be denied their services. This is the reason for one *

Worst app. Data in app never matches the real-time data. We book an appointment in the app but the appointment details are never updates in the hospital systems.
