It's NOT free!!! It's a great app, starts you off and is nice and clear with instructions and is easy to use. HOWEVER, after week 2 day 1 you have to pay to continue the program!!!!! Not happy as NOWHERE in the information does it tell you this before you download and start the program. Very disappointing. Otherwise it seems a great training app.

Love this app so much that after completing the first 4 runs and wanting to go again I decided to purchase the premium version. However, my first run since paying for the app didn't track my distance which is disappointing. I try to not obsess over figures when exercising but it would be nice at the end of the 8 weeks to see an accurate distance of what I ran over the two months.

Great app to help you get your ass off the couch and running. You could buy the 3 month subscription but be a big spender and go for the "Premium" for a dollar more. Enjoy having a nice lady encourage you with "keep it up" and "your almost there!" In the end you will be sweaty, tired, and ready for a snack. Have fun!

I finish the program just now, great app, really great! I had never run in my life, I hated it, but now I am all in love. The app is amazing with the encouragement, share story options and pretty good GPS tracking (I track with other app and smart watch at the same time). Will buy the 10K when I am ready !

This is a great app. I adapted it slightly to suit my (very low) fitness level by running each "Day" three times. I never thought I would be able to run 5K but I'm on Week 8, Day 2 with one more run to go and this app got me through it. I highly recommend it.

The running program is great and it motivated me to start running again after many years. I'm now in week 6 and I will complete the training but after that I will search for another app as the GPS/distance tracking does not work. I contacted costumer support and they gave a couple of tips that could solve this issue but it didn't work. I have an Android phone. I paid for the full app experience.
