Horrible app! It's no more than a very outdated digital form of your hard copy card. The app does not give you any information on current eligibility status. You could go to a provider and bring up the card, and be seen, then get a bill for not being covered on date of service. I logged in and it still shows 2 family members listed that have not been on my policy for 2 years!! Absolutely useless!!

It is basically your insurance card and an unwieldy database of their providers. No guidance on copays, etc.
