Phone and network information: CLAP-SERV works with network data, and it also uses the mobile network for downloading the pictures or videos supplied by other providers or customers. Only in cases you want to do that.

Read or write text messages: This is for OTP to read and for notifications.

Access to storage and media files: This is used only while adding a picture or videos or any document you want to share to your post or proposals and some cache to make the app faster.

Location: Our services are location based as well as for virtual work, so switching on your location makes it easier for you and us to locate the service providers nearby or within city area.

However, please be assured that we cannot access any of your personal information or media in your phone. All the above accesses are only for the purpose of logical and proper functioning of our services. We do not access your personal data or share any of your personal information with any outsider or third party company except companies where we need services to locate you or manage your images/videos...etc. Your privacy is very much important to us as ours!
