Using Food Calories, you can define how much calories, fat, carbs, and protein from the daily foods that you take. Calories in food take part from your daily diet and shape your body. With Food Calories you can measure are you on high calories food or on low calories food.

General list includes the information on energy, carbohydrates, proteins and fats content in many serving size. Energy value is expressed in kilocalories (kcal).
