Awful app. No video when I finally managed to get an appointment, Dr hung up and never bothered to call back. No reply from the team despite multiple emails. Wasted 2 of my free appointments for the year and gave up. Better off paying up front got Babylon, good app and good service!

As with most of the other negative reviews, i was able to make an appointment but when it was time to join it, the app just crashed repeatedly. Also, most of the docs available to me were dermatology specialists (not what I needed!) and there were 2-5 days wait for appointments for most of them. Shan't bother with this again; it turns out it's actually easier to get an appointment with my GP. The health questionnaire on the app could have come straight from the pages of Take A Break.

This is probably the worst app I've ever used. It crashes all the time. it took me ages to be able to book an appointment, and after hours on the phone with the customer service I could get to book the virtual GP. Only to have the app to crash in an infinite loop when trying to join the booked appointment. It is ridiculous. Cigna should be ashamed of releasing such a garbage app and not providing any other way to use the service they are paid for.

Ridiculously unstable and the actual appointments simply don't work. The app works for just long enough to book an appointment but then crashes when it's time to join. Tried calling tech support who had absolutely no idea what they were doing, in fact they suggested i install the app on a PC..! I asked how that could be done and they said they didn't know. There's nothing in the app store on Windows 10 anyway so i think that was just to get me off the phone.

gets stuck in a login loop and crashes once you have logged in on your account one time. This happens once you've logged in on your account once on any device - I tried a different phone and it instantly got stuck in the logon loop! Entirely useless for the virtual doctor thing as it logs you out after a few mins and you can't login for the appointment itself!

Booked a Virtual GP appt. When trying to join the call, it wouldn't originally connect (as per other reviews - just kept erroring saying "No Connection", despite having full WiFi connection) but then found that it worked via 4G. I joined the call 5 mins early, at the time it was due to start, Doctor joined. No video from their end, I tried speaking, as did they, but seems they couldn't hear me, they hung up after 30 seconds.
