the app is broken and designed poorly. when I click on claims, it tells me the provider directory is offline and to try again later. so the 2 of the main functions are completely inaccessible. the login screen is the worst. it does not remember you. it does not offer biometric. it's even disabled autofilling the username and pw. the worst part is that they no longer provide hard copy id cards, so it looks like I'm forced to use it now. I hope you consider fixing it.

Keep getting bogged down in the app asking to set up two step authentication when it's already set up on the website. I had to reset my password through the website since the app was useless for that. Has crashed on me many times when trying to compare providers and costs. But it's nice to have a digital id card when it actually works.

It's obviously just a wrapper for a web page, which makes it extra insulting that it's so incredibly slow when it even works, and that I doesn't work with my password manager. So, start the app, see the fields you need, watch the stupid wait circle spin in front of the preventing you from doing something, realize it's one even longer than usual, wait a bit longer, quit the app, relaunch, maybe log in this time, and hope it doesn't crash back to the login screen before you can pull up your card.

If I could give this zero stars I would. It never remembers credentials even when you toggle the box to do so. The prescription cost lookup tool is literally worthless. It will generate a list of pharmacies, but good luck finding pricing info. Trying to find a doctor doesn't seem to work at all. Everytime you switch to a different module within the app it hangs and often crashes. I am baffled. I am on a new phone on the current version of Android with high quality home WiFi. This app is so bad.

When the ap works it's not too bad, aside from being really slow. The 1 star rating is for the constant failure to properly reset your password. Anytime I attempt to reset my password on the app it fails to register it and locks me out. This should be an easy thing to do but you guys appear to struggle with this.

This app is useless! So much for 24/7 talk to a doctor. I have a minor issue and tried connecting to the 24/7 service a dozen of times. I have my permissions set to allow the app to use my camera, phone, microphone, etc. It still tells me it needs access, or it freezes on me, or kicks me back to the login page. I even tried it on my husband's phone with the same issues!
