The pumps themselves are fantastic. The app leaves A LOT to be desired. The volume collected is never, ever accurate. I'm talking it will say I pumped 8 ounces and I MAAAAAYBE got 4. You have to manually edit the collection amounts for every single pump if you want to keep an accurate record. The app freezes every. Single. Time. I use it. I have to manually close and reopen the app, because it freezes at 24 seconds. The tech support is eh.

App would be great if it would work even half the time at this point. My pump sessions rarely save. I push finish and it just spins and never goes to next screen. Even sometimes when it does load, it still doesn't log my time so I can go back and log amounts. Therefore, the pumping time and amounts are no where near correct. The pumps disconnect at least a dozen times per session and I have to close out and reopen. Sometimes that doesn't even work and I have to close out completely again.

Everytime I use this I have to re-download app and re link pumps. Very irritating. I use this at work and do not have time to be reinstalling app all the time. The pumps themselves after having numerous issues are now working great. I'm giving 3 stars bc I will say their customer service is top notch! Every issue I had, they've been quick to troubleshoot and replace parts where needed. LOVE their customer service, LOVE their working pumps, not a fan of the app only bc of the inconvenience...

I love the Elvie pump! But the app seriously sucks. The only good thing is connecting to the pump and that I am able to start and finish the pumping session through the app. The estimated milk amount is very inaccurate and I'm not sure how they can fix that but I hope they do because that will be useful. I find the pump will switch off when the app thinks it's full but its not and I could have gotten more in or I will leak since the app thought I had less.

The app is pointless. It always loses wireless connections to one or both pumping hubs, so your pump time is inaccurate. And the volume pumped always reads less than what I actually pump. The only good thing is that I can start, pause and stop pumping from the app (if the connection is working) .

The pump is great, but I am shocked by how bad the app is. $500 a pop and you can't afford developers that can keep the date accurate?? Constantly disconnecting from the pumps, only recording info half of the time, and its literally telling me right now that we are in the year 2030. It would take barely any effort at all to make this even a mediocre app. Do better.
