I thought this was an actual meal plan app. Definitely not! It just gives you info about different foods.

This is really helping me transition to vegan with ease. I feel confident when using this app that i am getting my required healthy plant based nutritional needs met. I tried to go plant based b4 on my own and got overwhelmed trying to figure out egg and dairy substitues for baking as well as omegas, iron and b12 options. This is the bomb baby! Thank you so much!

just started using this app. Have found it gives some useful information about my new diet and not just recipes. have only had a couple ads so far, but I dont mind letting an ad play, gives my eyes those 10 to 20secs not looking at a screen. theres more to life then to be worried about some ads on a FREE app.

The actual app itself is great, lots of great tips and meals to make on there, but there's an ad every 20 seconds and it constantly asks you to to rate the app, and if you don't rate it, it takes you out of the app

It's really helped me with my weight loss and I'm really happy with it, although every time I came out of something it asked me to rate it and when I said no it kicked me out of the app. But overall, it's really good would recommend
