Workouts are designed specifically for your age and level by Dr. Scott Christie. Dr. Scott has over 30 years of cheerleading experience, is a registered sports scientist, and has trained with some of the best athletes in the world. Scott’s extensive knowledge of the sport allows him to put together the most effective training plan for you.

All users will have access to an ONE MONTH FREE TRIAL of training. Monthly subscriptions of the Cheer District Training Program are available for CAD 4.99/month and are subscribed and paid for through your Play Store account. Your subscription will automatically begin unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period. If you choose not to subscribe to Cheer District’s training, the rest of the app features are completely free to use.

Payment will be charged to Play Store upon the end of your 1-month FREE TRIAL period. Subscription automatically renews unless you unsubscribe or turn off auto-new via Play Store App > Open the menu (three horizontal lines at top left) > Subscriptions at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your Play Store account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and it will be CAD 4.99 per month. You can unsubscribe at any time. After you unsubscribe, you will have access to the subscribed training program until the end of the current period and the subscription will not be renewed for the next period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
