Using BlueStacks

love this app because my cardio rehab team uses it due to pandemic..we can monitor a variety of things but must have separate equipment i.e. blood pressure cuff and scale .

Take the guess work out of following your prescribed care plan and tracking your results. The Chanl Care App provides a direct connection between patient's with a heart or pulmonary condition and the care team at THEIR OWN hospital or clinic.

IMPORTANT: This app can only be used by patients at participating hospitals. Ask your doctor or nurse if they provide access to the Chanl Care App.
