My first and probably one of my favorite meditation apps! It's nice that you can pick different durations of the same meditation. The instructors are easy to listen to and leave some room for silence. The only downside is that you cannot download the meditations unless you get an annual plan, which is 110€ and in my opinion kinda steep.. I see the point of paying for more courses, but not the ability to download courses. Broke several streaks because I was on the go and couldn't play them.

This app changed my life. I have tried other meditation apps, but had trouble getting into them - they felt new agey to me. The meditation teachers in Ten Percent Happier talk to you normally, as if they were your friends. I highly recommend this to anyone who has to deal with difficult emotions or negative self-talk. So... Everyone :p The podcast is great, too!

I have learned a lot and intend to learn a lot more. The content is helpful and upbeat meditation tools without the alienating weirdness. My favs are Joseph Goldstein and Jeff Warren. Both come of as solid, grounded individuals with information that they would like to share. Very approachable, helpful content. Once in a great while some wokeness pops up but I just try to over look it and not let it distract me from the greater, helpful, sane content. This is a very well done, easy to use app.

This app has helped me so much. It's changed my mindset on alot of things. I'm calmer and more focused. I am less judgemental of myself and others. I look forward to doing the meditations every day. The courses have been very helpful in changing some of my habits and perspectives. I'm so happy to a part of the 10 percent happier community!

The guided meditation practice are very easy to follow . I particularly enjoyed the parts where Dan discusses the particular practice that one would be doing after the discussion . The discussion with the teacher is very insightful and informative ..adds a new dimension to the practice .

This is possibly the best meditation app. It's set out very neatly and I immediately feel relaxed when opening it as I don't feel overwhelmed by choices. The meditations are focussed and the daily dose is a great way to do your morning meditation without having to scroll through countless options, like in other apps. The personalized aspect of having a coach is great and makes the app feel friendlier and less corporate. I think this app is worth paying for!
