This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing MoodTrek on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Randomly the app has started acting up. The circles where I record my steps and sleep are no longer in the middle of the screen but in the bottom right where I can't see it. Other than that I love this app. I do wish I could connect my Google fit app to it.

Many people suffering depression have a mental fog that makes functioning, especially remembering to do needful tasks. It won't occur to them to "track", and if it does, the motivation to do some onerous task is nil when all tasks seem monumental. Meaningful data can only be gathered if the user is polled on a fixed periodic basis and if the polling method requires as little effort to comply during the doldrum times as during the energetic cheerful times.
