I have purchased celestial smart pillow. I have installed celestial health into my smartphone and activated my smart pillow into the apps. Recently, i have bought new smartphone and installed celestial health into my new smartphone. I tried to activate my smart pillow into my new smartphone but failed. I assumed that one smart pillow cannot be activated into more than one device. So, I try to find the way to remove my smart pillow from the device list at my old smartphone but it cant be done
