I dont have much to say about how well this app works because I can't even sign it. After entering my login information it will show my donor ID but then gives me an error message. I agree with what others say. The app is useless.

Worked great for a while. But now it will not let me log in. It says my email or password are wrong. Even when I say I forgot my password and put a new one in it says the same thing. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but the problems persist. I've even tried to recreate my account again and even gives me my ID number but then still won't let me log in. If I go on my computer I can log in every time.

I like the idea of this app, but it's very specific to whole blood donations. It would be nice if I could also see and schedule my apheresis donations. Edited (and removed 2 stars) to add: it doesn't even show me my plateletpheresis appointments on the appointments tab. That's not just annoying, it's actively bad.

Very limited use to consumers. After trying about six times to cancel an appointment, it finally did. (Original idea was to reschedule my appointment, but there was no way that was happening. .. I got the screens showing me different dates but when selecting a date .... it would let me select a new date and then show me the original appointment. Extremely frustrating ... they need new programmers who know how to make a user friendly interface that actually works! Did anyone test this app?

It is OK, but the old one was better for finding a mobile station, and this app shows no future scheduling, I would like to be able to pull up a mobile schedule calender, please add one, and what it this group thing? Is this really a nessasary feature? I would also like to see my donation history, this is an important app, everything important should be implicated, and nothing else...

I was able to link to my existing account, but the app does not show my donation history. It also does not have the functionality to look up the next mobile drive at my employer (where I usually donate). Beautiful app, but it does not have the functionality I need to replace the Bloodworks NW website. UPDATE: Bloodworks was able to fix the problem so I can now see my account information. However, it still does not show any of the Boeing drives so I cannot use it to schedule an appointment. I still need to do that via the website, but once scheduled, it does show up in the App.
