Jy ontvang elke dag, vir 100 dae, die kennis wat jy benodig om jou ongesonde gewoontes en lewenspatrone eens en vir altyd te staak. Kopskuif en gewig afgooi gaan uiteindelik vir jou verstaanbaar en moontlik wees.

As ’n bonus het jy ook toegang tot ’n span kenners en hulle kennis om jou gemotiveerd te hou. Jy kry ook ’n volledige eetplan, dieettabel en oefenplan.
