Everytime i lot in it says there is no female on my account which makes no sense because I'm a female and so are my two kids.

I keep getting an error stating that there aren't any "females" associated
with my plan, which is incorrect. I am the only person on my plan, I am
pregnant, and definitely female. I even double checked my CareSource
account info, and it clearly states that I am a female. The alert/error
forces me to logout. I can't use the app at all, which is a bummer, as I
was excited to start using it. Additionally I can't find any info on who to
reach out to for assistance. ☹️☹️☹️ Help please!
