Everything works as advertised. My only gripe, and the only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star rating is that there are less shifts posted than I would like, so they tend to be snapped up quickly. Benjamin from recruiting is extremely helpful, and very easy to talk to. I usually dread phone calls but they're very pleasant with him, and he makes everything you need to know super clear. Sultana has also been very helpful, even responding whilst on her annual leave

Dont believe the 5 star reviews its the owners of the company and the developers. I was promised shifts every week, gave up my job. Then sultana kept lieing to me that the client hasnt put shifts through. I signed up to the app based on false promises. Im absolutely fuming. Go to another care agency dont be fooled by these.

Think before you join carehires. They will pay you incorrectly and not on time , Further more your data is not protected ive had an extremely bad experience with this company. Avoid
