About this app

Questionnaires are very efficient, easy and flexible, opening a new diagnostic area in patient care (remote monitoring, remote follow-up of physicians visit, pre-operative assessment, greater feedback and understanding on the well-being of the patient and their medical condition etc.). They complement and add to the clinical understanding of a patient’s health status.
The Vyntus™ Questionnaire APP helps you to collect patient answers electronically and integrate them seamlessly into the SentrySuite® Software Platform. The Software platform provides clinically intelligent respiratory diagnostics to help improve testing, review and connectivity. In effect, it can lead to increased productivity and efficiency. Questionnaire dedicated electronic devices can operate independent of personal computers and internet access. Vyntus™ Questionnaire for Phones or Tablets can be used to bring electronic questionnaires to end users (patient, physician, clinicians) anywhere in a hospital environment.

Available Questionnaires loaded through the App, (Vyntus Questionnaire) can be used in demo mode by all those interested in SentrySuite Questionnaires. Short example Questionnaires will demonstrate the possibilities of the APP. Also with integration of Tablet and Phone camera.
With a licensed version, coming as an option for SentrySuite Questionnaire, it is possible for clinicians to create and design their own questionnaires, for either SentrySuite workstation, measurement station or Tablet/Phone.

The SentrySuite Software (SeS) is the next software generation for the PFT and CPET measurement devices and will combine both the features of Vmax as well as JLAB. It will support both the existing JAEGER-hardware platform as well as the next Generation of CareFusion devices.

This app is a Medical Device Data Software (MDDS) and transfers patient information to SentrySuite. The Questionaire app is not intended for medical/diagnostic use.
