Latest update it hangs on providers. Horrible app. Can't locate providers. Errors are everywhere. You might hire someone to do quality control. Off to the ER since the app can't help me. Very frustrating.

The upload receipt for HSA reimbursement never works. The button for upload is not responsive. And the app itself is unnecessarily heavy for few functions that really needed.

This app used to work now whenever I hit the back button IN THE APP not the one on my phone it logs me out. Absolutely terrible and almost unusable. Feb 2021: I didn't think it was possible that the app could actually become WORSE, but it did. I will be uninstalling and accessing from my computer instead since the app doesn't work at all.

For an insurance company that is this big, the so called app of theirs is a piece of garbage. They should get their money back from the developer. For every task you try to do there is always "oops, something went wrong, try again" prompt, and it will sign you off! Garbage, garbage, garbage!!!

There are SO many problems with this app. From terrible search results, having to re-login in everytime I clicked a new page, to NOT BEING ABLE TO PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR URGENT CARE when selecting the "I need help now" option. It's just awful and pointless and I will be deleting it.
