Using BlueStacks

It worked just fine last time I used it (in December), but now I can't redeem the giftcard. It takes a ridiculous amount of time before I get to the warning that I can't exchange the card after pressing yes, and when I press yes, nothing happens. This is way below expectations

Bought cinema tickets but could not use it to book tickets. It could only be used when present at the cinema. Also bought a PSN card but couldn't validate it at all! Avoid at all costs.
